Why do employees look for other jobs? For some, it’s the salary. For others, it’s about wanting change in the working environment, the people, and even the job itself. Unknown to others, employee turnover is actually very expensive–the Center for American Progress notes in a 2012 study that it costs a company around a fifth of one employee’s salary just to replace that worker.
