Reasons For Poor Employee Engagement

Employee Engagement is a complex term as it has so many underlying ideas behind it. Company heads who hear the term often rush to increase their employee engagement but what they fail to realize though is that to keep their employees engaged, they must first understand what makes them disengaged in the first place. Small Business  notes that there are various reasons why employees become disengaged and one of this is because they have insufficient motivation. Without the proper motivation tools, employees have little to no reason to work extra hard.
