Customers are often said the be the main focus of business organizations. As the popular adage says, “The customer is always right.” Still most organizations tend to forget and not provide equal importance to the employees who provide customer satisfaction.
The blog post states that organization must recognize the direct link between customer experience and employee behavior. If employees feel that the company is also for their overall wellness, employees will be better brand ambassadors for their company. If employees feel that they are stakeholders in the company, they will reflect the best behavior on a daily basis.
